Time Keeping
Time Keeping is so so important.
Always start the sessions bang on time, even if children are still arriving, get started and let them join in.
Never, ever, ever finish early - always have a game up your sleeve so if you have even 3 minutes to fill, you can entertain them until the very last second of that hour!
They have paid for an hour, give them an hour.
